This is the second time I am using the repair service from Energytech appliance. Both times the arrival time was exactly within the estimated time and the service was excellent. His estimate was very reasonable. Sam is very meticulous, neat, clean and takes pride in his work. I was very impressed by Sam’s knowledge and willingness to explain in clear terms what the problem was and what options were available. Thanks Sam, if any of our other appliances malfunction I know who to call.

Baking function of the gas oven was not working. Technician from Energytech Appliance Service came in promptly at the time we scheduled which is very much appreciated. He diagnosed the problem with my Stove quickly and efficiently. He also knows his stuff & very priofessional. He had all the necessary equipment and part to solve the problem. He took the time to show me on his multimeter that my old igniter was dead and the new one was good. He was courteous, responsive, and went over and above our expectations. He was friendly, polite, professional, and pleasant to deal with – I highly recommend.

We were having problems with our washer stopping mid cycle at my rental property and I looked though internet to find a company that could come out and help me, Energytech Appliance Service was the one I called. Sam called my tenant & arranged an appointment for them the next day I spoke to him. Sam went the next day at the promised time with some parts with him & he fixed the washer in the same day. The tenant was so happy & I’m very happy too. No over-promising, not messing around. Costs were explained up-front. We had the best service with a very honest person. I have no reservations recommending Energytech Appliance for repairs.

Energytech Appliance Service has done repairs for me in the past, and has always proven to be reliable, punctual, reasonably priced and most important the service was excellent. I know a lot of people shop around for the cheapest out there, but please don’t when it comes to appliance repairs. You get what you pay for. Sam is very honest about the price of parts, the service call charge and the labour charge. He is transparent. Beware of repair companies that claim to waive the service call charge. It just means they are charging you more for parts and labour etc.

Our Kenmore refrigerator stopped blowing cold about two days ago but the freezer unit was fine. I reached out to a handful of friends and family members for a contact but was unsuccessful. I then turned to the Internet and found glowing reviews Energytech Appliance Service. I was so impressed by all the good reviews that I thought I should give it a try. I wasn’t disappointed! Those reviews were absolutely right. He fixed issue and to date it continues to work like a charm. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

The technician is prompt, knowledgeable, and calls in advance to confirm appointment time. After repairs he requests me to test my appliance, makes the needed repairs efficiently, and price is very reasonable. All repairs have been successful and did not require further work or re-work. I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again.

I have had multiple people come in and do the dishwasher installation wrong. Sam has done an amazing job and now the dishwasher is properly installed. Very professional and didn’t take too much time. I really like this service and highly recommend them.
